We are consulting on the document from 6th November to 18th December 2009. To ensure we can take comments into account they must be received by then. Representations must be made in writing.

Where possible, we would prefer that representations are made electronically, as this is the quickest way of responding and makes recording and analysis of them quicker and easier. the consultation document can be read on-line, and comments made in response to the consultation questions at relevant sections. (You will be asked to register to comment in this way. However, you will only need to do this once and may then participate this way in all future strategic planning consultations). If you have read the document, you may wish to complete our on-line questionnaire.
